The Restless Ghost is a short free to play quest. Which takes place in the Lumbridge area and is centred around a ghost who has been haunting the Lumbridge graveyard.

Guide to complete the Restless Ghost
To start the quest, go to speak to Father Aereck in the Lumbridge church. He will want you to go and find Father Urhney to collect some information on ghosts. Father Urhney is found in a small house on the west side of the Lumbridge swamp, as shown below.
After speaking to Father Urhney he will provide you with a ghostspeak amulet. This amulet will allow you to speak with ghosts when equipped. Next head to the graveyard in Lumbridge south of the church. Equip the ghostspeak amulet and click the coffin inside of the small house near the graveyard. A ghost will spawn, talk to it.
Next, head to the Wizards Tower and climb down into the basement via the ladders. Go to the altar in the basement and search it, here you will receive a ghost’s skull and a level 13 skeleton will appear. You do not need to kill the skeleton. Simply return to the graveyard and use the skull on the coffin (when the coffin is open) to complete the quest.

Upon completion of The Restless Ghost you will receive 1 quest point, 1,125 prayer experience and a Ghostspeak amulet.
