Witch’s Potion is a short, free-to-play quest in osrs. During the quest players will need to help Hetty the Witch by collecting a range of ingredients for her magical cauldron.

Guide to complete Witch’s Potion
Start the quest by speaking to Hetty in Rimmington, select options 1 and 1 during the short dialogue. She will ask that you bring her a range of different ingredients for a magical potion she is creating.
Collecting the items
- Kill a rat in the building to the west of Hetty, this will drop the rat’s tail that you will need.
- Buy an eye of newt from Betty for 3 coins.
- Go to the field north of Rimmington to pick an onion.
- Kill a giant rat near the chapel south of Port Sarim. Take the raw rat meat and use it on the fireplace in Hettys house. If the meat cooks successfully, you can use it on the fireplace again to burn it.
Once you have all of the necessary items, simply return to Hetty. After giving her the necessary items, drink from her cauldron to complete your quest.
Quest Rewards
After full completion of this quest, players will receive 1 quest point and 325 magic experience.
