To obtain and wear the Max Cape, a player must have achieved level 99 in all skills, which means reaching the maximum level for each skill. As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the maximum level for each skill is 99.
Appearance and Features:
The Max Cape is a cape that combines the colors and symbols of various skillcapes into one, making it a visually distinctive and prestigious item. It’s considered a symbol of accomplishment and dedication to the game.
The Max Cape also has some convenient features. Players can right-click on the cape to perform emotes or access a few teleports to various locations, including the Warriors’ Guild, Legends’ Guild, and the Myth’s Guild.
Obtaining:
To obtain the Max Cape, players must visit Mac, an NPC located just west of the Warriors’ Guild in Burthorpe. Mac will sell the Max Cape to eligible players for a cost of 2,277,000 coins.
