To begin the OSRS Beneath Cursed Sands quest, you must first travel to Sophanem by taking the Shantay Pass to Polivneach and then using the southern carpet route.
Once in Sophanem, speak to Jamila, who will inform you about the people of Menaphos breaking the quarantine and excavating the Necropolis. Agree to help her and she will introduce you to Maisa, a spy from Al-Kharid. Maisa will provide you with important information about the situation.
Next, leave Sophanem and head east to the ruins of Ullek. Explore the ruins until you find a hidden chest containing a Scarab Mould. Use the mould to create an Iron Scarab Emblem, which will grant you access to the tomb.
Inside the tomb, you will encounter Scarab Mages and must solve a riddle to progress further. Pay close attention to the clues and use your problem-solving skills to advance.
As you navigate through the tomb, be prepared for combat encounters and ensure you have appropriate gear and supplies.
Once you have completed the challenges within the tomb, you will eventually reach the end and find the Temple of the Eye. Speak to the NPCs inside and gather any necessary information.
Finally, report your progress to the Mysterious Stranger to complete the quest.
Completing the OSRS Beneath Cursed Sands quest will reward you with quest points and antique lamps, which can be used to gain combat skill experience.
